WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday during business hours. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Your order will ship with Standard Shipping unless you select an expedited shipping method. The flat rate for Standard Shipping worldwide is 25€.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a link to track your package.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If a mistake was made while placing your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note: Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee its cancellation or modification.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If you need to return or exchange an item purchased online, please contact us directly using the Returns and Exchanges contact form on our website. Someone from our team will provide you with the necessary information needed to return or exchange your item(s).
Outside of European Union countries, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and taxes. We do not refund shipping fees. In case we have to pay taxes for return items, the amount will be deducted from refund amount
Prior to returning or exchanging your item(s), please make sure they are unworn and intact, with all original tags and labels attached. Item(s) must be returned with their original packaging. Incomplete, damaged or worn merchandise will not be eligible for exchange or refund. You will be notified if your request cannot be completed.
Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days from the day you bought your item to receive a full refund. If your purchase was made at one of our retail locations, you must return your item(s) in-store.
Please note: All custom styles (monograms, embellishments, etc.) purchased from Olgana Paris are considered FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for return, exchange or refund. This includes any item(s) customized by Ida and Wilfried from our Art Collaboration.
No returns will be accepted on Exotic collection, Special orders, Pre-Orders and Custom-Fit Orders as they are considered as FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

EXCEPTION* : We would like to ensure the safety of our clients and staff during these difficult times of the Global Pandemic hence no returns will be accepted till FEBRUARY 2021 due to the COVID-19.
COVID 19-related closures and increased border control could lead to delivery delays. We are not responsible for the delays.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your return arrives at our facilities, please allow 3-4 business days for us to review your item(s). If your order has been accepted and processed for return, we will initiate a refund to the original form of payment within 3-4 business days. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your refund to fully process.
TAXES AND DUTIES
International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the EU.
All deliveries outside European Union will be sent on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means you will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the delivery of your order.
